Four days of inspiring talks, hands-on workshops and exclusive networking, with the 10th June dedicated entirely to the industry. From 11–13th June a full programme awaits you across 8+ stages and experience areas: talks, workshops, wellness, the Tryp Food Festival Area and live music every night.

  • TRYP EXPO is a four-day festival and expo exploring mental health, consciousness, psychedelic research, longevity, biohacking and human flourishing. Expect talks, workshops, exhibitors, networking opportunities, wellness experiences, music and nightlife.

  • TRYP EXPO is a public event open to everyone. It is designed for both curious newcomers and experienced professionals across mental health, research, therapy, coaching, wellness and personal development.

    TRYP EXPO is strictly 18+.

  • Curious Explorer gives you full access to all three days and nights of TRYP Expo & Festival, including one complimentary Wellness & Spa Area entry.

    Gold Explorer includes everything in Curious Explorer, plus Industry Day access, priority benefits, exclusive areas and additional premium experiences.

  • Tickets are non-refundable — but they are not lost: if you can no longer attend, you can pass your ticket on to another person (name change) — just contact us. Upgrades to a higher ticket tier are possible before the event, subject to availability.

  • Yes. Most workshops are included in your ticket. Single 1:1 Sessions are available for extra booking.
    Workshops operate on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to secure your spot or mat.
